I ordered a few drinks and somehow two of them weren’t the ones I picked. I even went back and checked my order because I thought maybe I messed it up, but nope, they were different. Support did fix part of the issue, so I guess that helped, but waiting around for it was annoying. It wasn’t the worst experience or anything, but I do feel like the order should be checked a little better before it goes out...

I’ve used tipple.com.au a few times now, the delivery has been reliable. Most of my orders have shown up on time, and one was only about 15 minutes late, which I feel like isn’t really a huge deal, right? The driver was friendly, everything arrived in good condition, and it’s been a handy option when I don’t feel like going out. Seems like a solid service to me.

I ordered this late in the afternoon, so I figured it wouldn’t show up for a while. When it arrived so quickly, I was genuinely surprised and happy about it. It just made the whole experience feel smooth and reliable.

I've used Tipple a handful of times now, and from what I remember, it's been straightforward. I usually just jump on, find the drinks I'm after, and check out without much fuss. I can't recall any major issues, though a couple of pages did feel a bit slow on my phone once or twice. Nothing that really put me off using it again

I used Tipple for a last-minute drinks order and it was mostly okay. The website was easy to figure out and checkout went through without any drama, but a couple things I’d already added ended up being out of stock, which was annoying.
The delivery did arrive, just later than the original time it gave me. The driver was friendly and the order was right, so no real complaints there, but I’m always a bit wary of customer service with stuff like this because if something had gone wrong, I’m not sure it would’ve been easy to sort out. Decent overall, but the updates could definitely be clearer.

"Promo code wouldn’t work"
I had a promo code I was trying to use, but it kept getting rejected at checkout no matter what I tried. I reached out to support, but they didn’t really do much to fix it or explain the issue. it was frustrating and made the whole discount feel pointless. I’d expect some kind of credit or compensation since the code should’ve worked, but I’m not in a rush to order again after this.

I’ve used tipple.com.au a few times now, and from what I remember paying on other delivery apps, the prices here feel reasonable. I didn’t get that annoying feeling where everything suddenly costs way more by the time you check out.
I remember comparing a couple of bottles with my local bottle shop and they were close enough, and one was actually cheaper with a deal on. The delivery fee was easy to see too, which I appreciated. I’d use it again

Had a problem with my order and thought it was going to be a whole hassle or something about it, but support replied quickly and got the refund sorted without much fuss. Happy with how it was handled.

I reached out to support expecting to wait a while, but they got back to me quickly and fixed the issue. it was so smooth I was a little suspicious at first, but everything ended up being sorted.

"Rude driver"

"Tracking was bang on"
Ordered from Tipple. Tracking was actually really useful. Could see it was on the way. Turned up pretty much when it said it would. No hassle. Very easy.
